Inventory Management Services

Having the right components on hand is a strong requirement to keeping equipment ready for use. Our Inventory Management Service responds to routine maintenance scheduling as well as emergency equipment breakdown.

With many sites seeking to reduce costs and become more competitive, reducing inventory is seen as an important focus.

Biach will work with you to achieve the right balance - based on your system, the number of tools in use, the frequency of use, the outage schedule, your particular maintenance program and who is performing the maintenance and who is actually using the equipment during the outage.

This is accomplished through a contract to:

  1. Inspect Your System - including stud tensioners, pumping unit, hoses and manifolds, stud drive tools and other related Biach systems used on other applications
    • Inspect all components for wear and operating condition
    • Recommend replacement components and commercial parts
    • Identify need for upgrading
    • Evaluate storage practices and conditions

  2. Evaluate your equipment service program and schedule audit your inventory
    • Identify active, repeatable requirements
    • Highlight antiquated, discontinued or replaced parts
    • Evaluate quantities for effective stock values

  3. Prepare recommendations for site stock and maintenance scheduling

  4. Identify a matrix of sites with similar system designs for inventory sharing or disposition.

  5. Dedicate a site specific inventory requirement package - At Biach  for "24 hour" service in providing parts for your maintenance schedule and "long lead" items for emergency preparedness.

Biach can help you evaluate your system, your stock and your replacement part requirements. This gives you an accurate, up to date analysis to "clean house" of old, discontinued parts and assure you of being ready when that need arises. No lost time, no waiting for special ordered parts, whether they're commercial components or manufactured parts, facing long lead production schedules.

No excuses - no uncertainties - no wasted money from excessive inventory, costly downtime or expedited, rush parts.
